Currency
MontanaDog deals in US dollars, but the PayPal shopping cart system accepts and converts almost all world currencies. To convert prices into your home currency, please click here. Note: PayPal's totals and those of MontanaDog's currency converter might not match exactly due to differences in timing and conversion services.

Payment
No PayPal account is required to make a payment to MontanaDog. In most areas, PayPal will accept credit cards and bank transfers. Please visit PayPal for details.

Shipping

Fees
Shipping on all orders to anywhere in the world is free on orders over $50. A shipping fee of $5 is added to all other orders.

Processing Time
Orders normally ship within one business day.

Delivery
Orders ship from Japan. Shipping time to most countries is about 2-3 weeks.

Expedited Shipping
Customers requiring expedited shipping should indicate preferences in the "message to seller" box during checkout. Cost varies. A "PayPal money request" for the additional amount will be sent after ordering.

Duty
All extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Due to poor service at the Royal Mail, orders to the U.K. may take a very long time to arrive. U.K. customers that want MontanaDog to guarantee delivery, please email MontanaDog at mail@montanadog.com for details about the cost of shipping orders via UPS or anther private shipping company.

Exchanges & Returns

MontanaDog will be happy to accept any items for exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Requirements
Items returned for an exchange or refund will need to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in unworn and perfect condition.

Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
A shipping and handling fee of $5 will be charged for most exchanges. Exchanges of more than one item may require a larger fee.
